I'm a big fan of reading/ self-education and thought it might be useful for other trainers and fitness enthusiasts to know what I've been reading this year. I rate all of these books for different reasons..

I wrote all about my favourite books from 2011 and noticed that you read The Happiness Hypothesis. I read The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin and I found it so inspirational that I can't help but tell everyone about it! Hope you do find the time to try it out!
